Max Cavallini
U10 Head Coach
Coach Max has over 6 years of experience in coaching and skills development across different age groups and levels. Originally from West Allis, Wisconsin, Max grew up in the Chicago suburbs playing AA, high school, and AAA hockey. He continued his playing career in the MJHL and NOJHL before playing four years of NCAA hockey at Lake Forest College.
He has spent multiple summers coaching with his father and uncle, two former professional hockey players, Gino and Paul Cavallini, developing skills and coaching teams from various ages and levels. He believes every day is an opportunity to learn and is excited to coach the U10 age group.
Max's coaching philosophy is rooted in sportsmanship, hard work, and having fun. His goal as a coach is to develop players who want to work hard for their teammates and promote an environment where players have fun while getting better each time they step on the ice. Max believes hockey is a great foundation for young individuals to learn the necessary skills to be successful on and off the ice.
Away from the rink, Max works as a research analyst for a mutual fund. In his free time, he enjoys working out and cooking with his fiancée, Hannah.
